Absolutely West Essex finds out more about the opening of Durden & Hunt’s new flagship Real Estate in Loughton
At 10am on Thursday 14 September, The Mayor of Loughton, Councillor Rose Brookes, joined Durden & Hunt to cut the ribbon for the official opening and launch party of their new flagship office in Loughton. Situated on the busy High Road, the new location is an exciting expansion for the growing Real Estate Agents, after launching in Canary Wharf and then following with their second office in Ongar.
“Alex and I are delighted to be launching our flagship office in an area we have both not only built our careers in but have lived and grown up in our whole lives. Opening a physical presence in Loughton was a natural step for us, as we continue to serve our local clients,” says James Hunt, owner and co-founder of Durden & Hunt. “Loughton has also become a firm favourite for those who want to leave the capital but still want to live within comfortable commuting distance. With many looking for alternative hotspots to London’s high house prices, we offer a variety of properties to suit any budget.”
The new flagship office will provide full lettings and sales services to residents in the town and surrounding areas, and clients will be able to benefit from great local property knowledge from the dedicated team who provide quality service and aim to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.
Staffed by a team of seven, with 100 plus years of combined experience in the real estate sector, the modern flagship office is set to be a welcome addition to the vibrant High Street. Further to the team of seven based in the office, at least four more jobs have been created for the local area, including a head of lettings and a property manager, alongside agents of varying experience levels. “We wanted the office to have a different feel to your average estate agents and believe we have created a space for not only our staff to enjoy, but to allow client’s houses to be shown in the best possible light,” adds co-owner Alex Durden.
